My 2014 Cadillac Escalade had a power seat issue; the motor was shot and it was “stuck” in an awkward position, almost to where I couldn’t even drive it. The Escalade also had a headlight housing that was the original housing & it was allowing moisture inside of which kept killing the bulbs; which are really tough to replace. Back to the seat- I was looking for places all over Northern Delaware to get it fixed but kept being told that my best bet was to go to the dealer. Finally, a friend recommended I give Kelly’s a call so I did. The guy who I spoke with, Mike, was super nice and seemed unfazed by the difficulty I was having; what I mean is, Mike was open to taking a look and didn’t automatically assume Kelly's couldn’t fix my issues- this gave me some hope! Mike asked me to bring it down so he could give it a look. I got it down there that day and 2 hours later I spoke with Kelly himself. Kelly explained what they could do to fix both issues. I wanted to stay OEM with the parts & Kelly accommodated this request. He did offer aftermarket parts on the headlight housing but told me (& I agreed) that I should get OEM otherwise I could be back there sooner than later.. He also reminded me the Escalade was in really great condition and that going OEM vs. aftermarket was the smart move as this car has alot of life left to it. About a week later the parts came in & the guys called me to bring it down. I dropped it @ 8/9 am & it was finished by 1. It’s been 3 weeks now, my headlights are both like new, my power seat is working perfectly and I’m super satisfied with the work & service provided by these guys. Mike & Kelly are stand up gents who fixed my issues with zero nonsense. I told them I’ll be back soon as I need done suspension work next. Thx Kelly’s👍 Side note: the office @ Kelly’s is pretty cool. Not your typical auto repair kind of office. It was clean and neat & had some cool car related stuff in it. They even let my 80 year old Dad use the restroom…Go to Kelly’s, you’ll see what I mean!

Quality and timely work on my vehicle. Called Monday morning with a list of problems and wouldn't PA inspection. Done Wednesday pass inspection Thursday. Clean, friendly, informative and well priced auto shop. I will return for additional services soon.

Great place - super nice people, good communication, pricing was fair, and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. I'm a car guy, usually do my own work, and I care a lot about who is working on my cars. I really appreciate that they didn't try to "over-repair," they actually advised me to do something less costly that turned out to be better than what I had in mind. I had them change my oil too, and they used a semi-syn oil (albeit a pretty good one). It's fine --- just something to note if you care about that sort of thing. I'll definitely go back should the need arise!
